Jæger & J:son carries out technical investigations of buildings on commercial properties but also of single-family houses and condominiums. This competence is often used in e.g. legal disputes.

This type of investigation can be advantageously combined with a valuation of the object in question. Carrying out both a technical investigation and a valuation at the same time results in an increased transparency of the object.
